UBS sieht Kupferpreise bei 11500 Us$ in 2011

Dear Reader,

We expect exchange warehouse inventories across the globe to slide fast and slip below 300,000 tons in 2011.

We see higher copper prices given the lack of supply growth, the end of destocking in Chinese corporate inventories, and demand for physically backed ETFs.

Hence, we revise our 12-month copper forecast to USD 11,500/mt from 8,200/mt and recommend outright long positions.
