RYE PATCH GOLD INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Rye Patch Gold Corp. has increased its non-brokered private placement by up to an additional 7 million units for a total offering of up to 21 million units at 15 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $3.15-million. The private placement was previously announced on July 23, 2009.
The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The net proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration and development of the company's projects, for acquisitions and for working capital.
